Responsible recruitment

The person is proposed for a workplace that has been described.

  1. The brief The employer sets the workplace, the roles, and the conditions. A sector name on this website is not an open vacancy.
  2. Documents ABP coordinates the passport, medical papers, employment agreement, and the visa process the destination requires. Coordination is assistance. The authority issues the visa.
  3. Before travel Candidates are briefed on the workplace, the culture, and their rights and duties. Fishing-vessel crew are also briefed on life on board. Construction briefing includes the project’s safety standards.
  4. During the assignment ABP stays in contact with the employer and the worker, including periodic monitoring. Workers have a channel to ABP for help or a problem.
  5. The return At the end of the contract, ABP handles the closing administration and the return to Indonesia, and can advise on extension or re-entry within the rules that apply.
  6. The sector still matters Capture fisheries adds physical conditions, a seaman book, and a safety and competency path. Those conditions are not applied to hotel, factory, household, or construction candidates. Widuri Training Centre is a training partner for language and technical preparation, with other licensed institutions. It is not a regulator.
